Zoom Technical Requirements

Basic Zoom Technical Requirements:

In order to use the virtual meeting platform you will need these basic Zoom technical requirements:
- An internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 600kbps. You can check your internet bandwidth using Speedtest.
- A microphone and speaker (or headset) that is either built in, plugged in or connected to your computer or mobile device via wireless Bluetooth.
- A camera or webcam that is either built into your device, or connected via a USB or wireless Bluetooth connection.

Mobile Devices (Smartphone and Tablets):

Video Conferencing Systems (Meeting Rooms and Classrooms):
The Zoom meeting platform allows most video conferencing systems using H.323 & SIP protocols to connect.
